Food is undeniably good! Price is of course on the expensive side but for me if you really want to have a nice authentic Chinese cuisine then this is the place to be.
Made a reservation for 16 pax on a Sunday lunch. It's a birthday celebration with no fancy decorations (di allowed). But they have 2 men serenading all the birthday celebrants with a free slice of cake (i think taro flavor yun). We're seated in 2 adjacent round dining tables for 8 in the open dining area since madami kami. Not a fan of drinks and budgeted kami, so we took hot teas served in tea pots. Masarap ang green tea nila kasi loose leaf gamit.
Been wanting to try this restaurant for awhile now and China blue certainly did not disappoint. From the appetizing boiled peanuts at the start of the meal to the birds nest soup, suckling pig, roast duck, crispy noodles, steamed grouper, angus beef tenderloin, abalone and sea cucumber, and garlic shrimp. Everything was delicious no need to add any kind of sauce. Each dish was perfectly executed with the best flavors. Service was also impeccable. While the view is not longer nice, being here is an experience in itself. High praises all around!
Located inside Conrad Manila, China blue is a Pan Asian restaurant. Visited the restaurant for dinner. Luxurious ambience, quick service and good food. They have a dress code for for no sandals. Overall had a good experience at China Blue.
Great service. Superb ambiance. Food is also pretty good. The price is a bit on the high side but that is on par with the quality and overall experience. The peking duck is my favorite.
We had a wonderful dinner in China Blue. We ordered seafood fried rice, beef hunan, porkbelly with mayo, pear dumpling and oolong tea. Thank you to staffs of China Blue for excellent food and superb customer service especially to Sir Rodel.

I can easily see why China Blue is constantly ranked as one of the best Chinese restaurants in the Metro. I love how it’s a mix of classic and modern items. The dim sum that we had were definitely an exploration and reinterpretation whereas the centerpieces and staples like the peking duck and ho fan noodles were just, plainly speaking, the prototype of ‘good Chinese food’. I always love innovative food, but somehow I found myself drawn to the classics. The peking duck two ways was marvelous and I can come back to China Blue even for only that.
